Kristine is showcasing her own journey from novice to expert.
A practical getting-started talk aimed at the 33% who are new. Cover what Claude actually is, how to write a great prompt, and 3–5 real examples across different jobs. This sets a foundation and makes beginners feel welcome immediately.

Dom will talk about the different concepts in Claude across desktop, Cowork, and Code. How to leverage them and what each of them is used for.
18:50 – 19:10 | Siân Rinaldi: AI Building Blocks in the APS
Siân will talk about her journey from dabbling in AI, to learn about data, formats, context, all the way of building websites , using Cowork, and building her own agentic workflows to kickstart her productivity. As someone familiar with the APS (Australian Public Service) - Siân will share what she sees working, what people are doing, and where you should start.
