Here's the good news: you're in the people business. AI isn't going to replace you - reading a room, holding a group, knowing when to push and when to hold space is deeply human work. But it can make you dramatically more effective. The promise is right there in the name: prep less, facilitate more - let AI take the proposals, the admin, and the slide-wrangling, so your time and energy go where they actually matter, with the people in the room. This session shows you how, working on your own client brief.
This isn't a demo you watch. It's a working session. You'll bring one real, upcoming client session (or your own fictional one) - and leave with two things you can actually use: a client-ready proposal and a session design, both built with AI on your own brief.
We keep it hands-on the whole way. You watch a short live demo, then do it yourself on your own project. No coding, no jargon, no prior experience needed - if you've never done more than dabble, this is built for you.

Who it's for: Facilitators, workshop designers, & trainers- freelance or in-house. Total AI beginners welcome; also if you don't have a client session planned, curious-but-skeptical especially welcome. Just join and connect with a network of facilitators in the breakouts.
The shape of the afternoon: Short framing → the one idea that makes AI actually useful → build your proposal → design your session → a tour of the tool landscape + a live Dembrane demo → guardrails and what to try next.
Why come: Most "AI for X" sessions leave you with notes and good intentions. You'll leave this one with finished work in hand and a method you own.
Seats are limited.
Bring a laptop and one real upcoming project. A starter kit goes out a few days before so you arrive ready to build. You will also require a claude pro account (€15). The instruction will be mainly for claude but you can use an alternative.
