Genesis 2026 - L05: Mastering Market Access
We are pleased to welcome Emanuele Marsili for the fifth session of Genesis 2026, dedicated to understanding how market analysis informs the development and positioning of healthcare innovations. Emanuele is a pharmaceutical professional with more than a decade of experience in global market access across both large and mid-sized pharmaceutical companies, currently working at CSL. His work focuses on designing global market access strategies, shaping product launch plans, and defining value propositions, with particular attention to payer dynamics and distribution channels.
In this lecture, he will explore how structured market analysis supports strategic decisions throughout the lifecycle of a healthcare product. Drawing on experience across therapeutic areas such as rare diseases, oncology, immunology, nephrology, dermatology, and cardiovascular-renal-metabolic conditions, he will discuss how companies evaluate clinical value, competitive environments, and healthcare system requirements when preparing new therapies for launch. Participants will gain a clearer perspective on how these assessments guide the positioning and development of innovative treatments.
