Physical AI Hackathon is one day. 30 builders, real hardware, real time pressure. You get a kit in the morning, a hard deadline at 17:00, and one rule: it has to move, sense, or react in the real world.
No pitch decks. No slides. No "it works on my laptop, trust me."
