Future Workforce Lab: Human Skills in Action - Build Skills. Build Teams. Recharge People.
Future Workforce Lab/Playground: Where hands-on play, VR and AI-powered insights meet the human side of the future workforce.
AI is helping us work faster, smarter and more independently than ever before. But as technology transforms the way we work, what happens to the human skills that still drive great teams?
What if workplace skills could be experienced, practiced and measured—not just discussed?
Join us at Infusion Play for a hands-on introduction to the Future Workforce Project—an experimental workforce development and assessment platform combining physical interactive challenges, immersive technology, AI and measurable data.
Participants will take part in interactive challenges designed to explore real-world human skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, adaptability and decision-making under pressure.

This is not a traditional workshop or presentation. You will move, play, collaborate, compete and experience the concept firsthand.
The Future Workforce Project is exploring a continuous development model:
Measure → Practice → Recharge → Return → Measure Again
Our goal is to research how observable behavior during interactive experiences can help identify strengths and development opportunities, guide targeted practice, and eventually measure improvement over time.
The project also explores a bigger question for the AI era:
As technology makes work faster and more automated, how can we continue strengthening the human skills, connection, energy and resilience that people and organizations still need?
Come experience the experiment, challenge yourself and help us explore a new way to develop the future workforce.
