  • ​About Sam Kawsarani- Sam has been in tech as a founder and product manager for over 15 years, spending much of that time in the trenches building teams, creating products, and facing the everyday realities of leadership. He’s had his fair share of successes, failures, and hard lessons that taught him that success in product isn’t about big ideas or shiny buzzwords. It’s about execution, leading with empathy, and staying focused on what really matters: delivering value.
    
    Currently, Sam is the VP of Product at Paramount Commerce, a leading FinTech provider of pay-by-bank solutions out of Toronto. He also coaches product managers and founders, typically on areas like leveling up their PM career and setting up their product operating model. When not doing product work or writing his newsletter, the ProductTrench.com, Sam is being a husband, a dad, or working out at a CrossFit gym. Lately though, he spends his time playing with AI and exploring what agents he can build with Cursor to automate his day-to-day.

  • ​About Elizabeth Houde - Elizabeth is Lead Product Manager at Magical, an AI-first automation platform that pivoted from a general Chrome extension to focus on fully automating clinical, administrative, and financial workflows in US healthcare, achieving $1M ARR in the first three months. With years of experience driving growth across multiple industries, she has led the development of Magical's multi-agent architecture to achieve the efficiency and reliability customers require.
