​Agenda

1. ​Intro (~5 min)

   • ​Welcome and a quick overview of what we're doing tonight.

2. ​Concepts, Live Demos & Open Questions (~60 min)

   • ​The key ideas behind AI agents — what an agent actually is, harnesses, skills, context — each explained and then shown live with Claude Code and Codex. Not a lecture: we'll take questions and discuss as we go — how to get started, which tool for what, the problems you're running into. Bring your questions.

3. ​Structured Connections (~20 min)

   • ​We create a setting to connect you 1-on-1 with others who share your interests and topics.

4. ​Drinks & Connect

   • ​Open conversation over drinks. We close the space around 21:00 and might continue at the nearby "Trödler" bar.
