Ethan Elkind (Host) is Director of the Climate Program at UC Berkeley's Center for Law, Energy & the Environment (CLEE) and host of Climate Break, a production of Project Climate at UC Berkeley in partnership with KALW 91.7 FM. He is the author of Railtown and a leading voice on California climate policy, transportation, and energy law.
