AI-Powered Women Ghana Launch

AI-Powered Women is a global platform advancing human centered AI leadership through conferences, an academy, leadership training, and certification  programs that help women and men alike implement AI responsibly. We believe that building ethical, human centered AI takes more than technologists in the room. It takes diverse leadership and diverse intelligence, poets, philosophers, historians, neuroscientists, and leaders from every industry, sitting alongside technologists to shape how AI is built and governed. When we leave that intelligence out of the room, we cannot build for a human centered future.

We are proud to introduce the AI-Powered Women Africa , the continental home for our growing community of women and allies advancing this vision across the region.

This initiative is led by Bertha John, Lead for Africa and Global Expansion.

Following AI-Powered Women’s conferences hosted at venues on the MIT campus, and now in partnership with the Ministry of Communication, Digital Technology and Innovations and University of Ghana, this gathering marks an exciting new chapter in our global expansion—and offers a first look at what’s ahead for Ghana.

During the event, we’ll:

🔸 Introduce AI-Powered Women and our global mission
🔸 Launch our Africa Chapter
🔸 Unveil the AI Academy and AI-Powered Leadership Institute
🔸 Share a first look at our flagship Ghana conference, coming March 19–20, 2027
🔸 Introduce sponsors and media partners
🔸 Reveal speakers joining the March 2027 stage
🔸 Share highlights from the 2026 AI-Powered Women Conference
🔸 Explore what makes this movement and conference experience distinct

This is more than an announcement. It is the beginning of a growing community of women, leaders, innovators, educators, entrepreneurs, and changemakers helping shape a more human-centered AI future across Africa.
