

Wellness Wednesday: Midday Nervous System Reset
Sessions are currently only for tenants of JPMorganChase Center and take place in the Belltown Conference Room on the north-west side of the 17th floor. Space is limited, so please let us know if you RSVP but are unable to attend.
In these 30-minute sessions, holistic wellness educator Raiza de Vera will guide participants through simple yet profoundly impactful practices of breath regulation, somatic stress release, and visualization to support a balanced nervous system and cognitive longevity. Sessions include guided techniques and a complimentary lunchtime or beverage takeaway from our grab & go case to replenish focus and strengthen mental performance post-practice. These are seated, work-attire friendly exercises—no mats, no changing clothes, and no prior experience required.
