Mapping Power: A Practical Guide to Systems Change

​Power doesn't just live in people. It lives in algorithms, spreadsheets, approval processes, and classification systems that quietly shape everything around them.

​In this session, we'll map it. Using a framework I developed that is adapted from Actor-Network Theory, you'll learn to identify who and what holds power in a system you're trying to change, how information flows (and where it gets bottlenecked or suppressed), and where the real leverage points are.
