Program Summary

This session teaches HR leaders how to construct a practical AI implementation inside their organization using a repeatable blueprint. Participants learn how to assess readiness, define governance and decision rights, classify risk, prioritize workflows, and build an adoption plan that produces measurable outcomes. The focus is on implementation mechanics—not AI theory—so HR can lead responsibly while protecting trust, privacy, and consistency.

Learning Objectives

Participants will be able to:

  1. Define the required components of an AI implementation plan (readiness, governance, use cases, adoption, measurement).

  2. Prioritize HR workflows for AI enablement using impact vs. risk criteria.

  3. Establish an HR-led governance model including roles, approvals, and guardrails.

  4. Apply a risk classification method to determine safe vs. restricted AI use in HR.

  5. Build a 30-day launch plan with training, champions, and success metrics.
