​It’s light touch (minutes a week) but high stakes (no hiding in the shadows).

​🔥 What it is:

• ​3-month sprint focused on revenue growth (starting Tues 19th Oct)

• ​Weekly reporting + a short check-in to keep you honest.

• ​Numbers will stay private within the group.

• ​Public leaderboard displays the top 3 each week.

​⚙️ How it works:

​Every week, you do 2 things:

1. ​Submit your numbers (2-minute form).

2. ​Quick accountability check-in

   • ​share wins + blocks

   • ​ask for help intros feedback.

​📈 What we track (weighted):

• ​Traffic

• ​Demos/calls booked

• ​New revenue 💰 (worth the most points)

​☑️ Rules:

1. ​New revenue only. We're not tracking old pipeline or pre-existing contracts. New revenue means cash collected or invoices issued with signed contracts. Refunds and cancelled contracts are deducted in the week they're reversed.

2. ​Submit your form by 12:30 PM every Tuesday. Here's how it works:

   • ​On time (by 12:30 PM Monday) → full points count

   • ​Late (by 12:30 PM Wed) → points count but 20% deduction of weekly total

   • ​After 24 hours → that week's points don't count at all. This counts as a miss.

   • ​Miss 2 submissions in a row → you're out. No exceptions.

3. ​Turn up to the check-in. The Tuesday 12:30 PM check-in is where the real value is — and attendance earns you +25pts every week. Over 12 weeks that's 300 points, enough to swing a close leaderboard race!

4. ​Let us film you. Footage will only be used on Plugged's social channels. You'll be notified before anything goes live. No speaking required (maybe)

5. ​Play fair. Numbers are self-reported but the group will keep you honest. We reserve the right to audit
