Founder Spotlight with Konstantin, CEO Porters

​For our first Founder Spotlight, we’re joined by Konstantin, Founder and CEO of Porters, and previously VP Growth at Upvest.

​In this 40 minute virtual session, Konstantin will briefly introduce Porters before sharing what he learned from joining an early-stage startup, helping to scale it, and eventually making the leap into founding a company himself.

​We’ll talk about why joining a startup early can be one of the best routes to becoming a founder, what changes when you move from operator to founder, and what Konstantin now looks for in the people joining Porters at an early stage.
