​When was the last time you sat down with yourself long enough to hear what was actually going on?

​Not to be productive.
Not to figure everything out.
Just to pause, pick up a pen, and pay attention.

​Journal & Connect is a six-hour offline afternoon created for exactly that.

​We’ll spend the day exploring gratitude, reflection and creativity through guided journaling prompts, little moments of surprise, and conversations with other people who are also making space to slow down.

​You don't need to be “a journal person.” You don't need a beautiful notebook or a perfectly curated life. You don't even need to know what you want to write about.

​Just come curious.

​There will be prompts to get you started, creative activities to take you somewhere unexpected, opportunities to connect with others, and plenty of room to simply sit with your own thoughts.

​And because this is Serenity, our phones will be taking the afternoon off too. 📵
