After RSAC 2026: Debrief & Destress in Napa
After an exhausting week navigating the bustling halls of RSAC 2026 Conference, cybersecurity marketers and business executives deserve a moment to decompress, reflect, and connect in a relaxing setting. The Cybersecurity Marketing Society, in partnership with Priority Experiences, is hosting an exclusive post-RSAC retreat at Olive Hill Estates in Napa Valley.
This gathering offers the perfect sanctuary for marketers and marketing and business leaders to unwind, forge deeper connections, and celebrate making it through another RSAC — all while experiencing the stunning beauty of wine country.
What to expect:
2:00pm — Shuttle ticket holders: Your escape from the city begins here. Hop on the charter bus from near Moscone — you'll receive a separate calendar invite with the exact pickup location. The shuttle departs at 2:20pm! Sit back, relax, and let someone else navigate!
4:00pm — Arrive at Olive Hill Estates. We'll kick things off with a warm welcome, some well-deserved thank-you's, and introductions all around.
4:15 – 5:00pm — Wine tasting and mocktail stations open. Wines are a curated selection of local Napa Valley varietals, hand-picked by the Priority Experiences team. Both will flow freely throughout the rest of the evening.
5:00 – 5:30pm — Artisanal, local sourdough and olive oil pairings, led by Brian Allard of Olive Hill Estates. Olive oil is hand-produced on the property. Simple, soulful, and deeply Napa.
5:30 – 6:30pm — Enjoy a delicious catered dinner surrounded by good company. This is the part where the week finally starts to feel far away!
6:30 – 7:15pm — Dessert arrives. Wander the grounds, take in the scenery, and linger over conversation. A photographer will be on-site to capture photos during golden hour.
7:15 – 7:30pm — A glorious sunset amongst the olive groves. Don't miss it.
7:30 – 8:00pm — Final conversations, warm goodbyes, full hearts, and departing for the ride home at 8pm. Shuttle ticket holders: the shuttle will drop you off at your hotel on the way back, as long as you're within a mile of the original pick up location.
Attire:
Please bring a sweater or jacket as it can get chilly later in the day.

How to Get There:
The drive to Olive Hill Estates takes approximately 60-90 minutes via I-80 North and CA-29 North through scenic Napa Valley wine country.
Chartered Shuttle Bus:
We are organizing a charter bus shuttle to leave for the venue at 2:20pm from near Moscone and leave to return at 8pm. We expect the shuttle to return at 9pm to SF. If you're interested in group transportation, please purchase the shuttle ticket.
Drive Yourself:
Please make sure you use the address on this Luma event. Googling it may result in you heading to the incorrect property!
Complimentary on-site parking is available. We highly encourage carpooling with fellow attendees to make the journey part of the networking experience.
Once the main parking area is full, additional overflow parking will be available in a designated field on the property.
