NYC GTM Leaders, Vol. 1: Breaking Through the AI Slop

Every channel is flooded with machine-generated outreach, and your buyers have stopped paying attention to any of it. So what still breaks through?

Join us Thursday, August 27th in Midtown (address shared upon approval) for an off-the-record evening with GTM leaders who are figuring it out in real time. Capped at 30 so the conversations stay focused and real.

The agenda:

  • 6:30 pm: Doors open. Drinks, light bites, and an icebreaker to get the room talking.

  • 7:00 pm: GTM Insight Talks. Three quick-hit talks from operators actually running these plays: using AI for lead gen without sounding like AI, thought leadership as a channel buyers still trust, and a head-to-head teardown of real GTM stacks. Q&A after.

  • 7:30 pm: Working session. Small groups, hands-on. Apply the plays to your own pipeline.

  • 8:00 pm: Round two networking. Now that everyone has shared context, conversations go deeper.

  • 8:30 pm: Close and a first look at Vol. 2.

Who should request an invite:

  • GTM leaders at Series A+ startups

  • Founders (Series A+, 2+ years in)

  • Heads of Growth at scaling companies

Seats are limited and approved individually. Request your invite now.

Your hosts:

Tanny Kang is Co-founder & COO at Vibranium Labs, an a16z-backed startup building AI-native incident management. A former Big Law tech attorney who traded redlines for pipeline, he now runs GTM end to end and has closed enterprise customers like Shutterstock, where Vibe OnCall cut manual incident work by 70% across 300+ engineers. He also writes Incidents.World, a newsletter on all things on-call.

Josh Kim is Chief of Staff, GTM & Growth at Remy by MindStudio, an AI agent that builds enterprise-grade apps from a plain-language spec doc. A former Fortune 500 data and analytics consultant at Kantar, he's since helped drive 1.5x revenue growth and grown a community of 10,000+ builders, execs, and investors.

Eric Fleshman is a GTM Engineer who has built go-to-market functions from the ground up, including founding GTME roles. His focus is what still breaks through when every inbox is machine-generated noise: technical depth, human-first outreach, and intent-driven systems. Signal first, intent after. He's an AlphaForge Architect Award winner from his Clay cohort and loves coffee, climbing and traveling!
