​In this session, Transformation Partner & Executive Coach Stacy Holland will talk through the female advantage in leading transformations - at the workplace and also in our personal lives.

​Stacy Holland is a transformation partner and executive coach with over 20 years’ experience leading digital and product transformation, including global executive roles at BT, EE and du. Over the past few years, she has brought her private sector experience into her independent practice, working with organisations across government and higher education to navigate complex change and translate strategy into sustainable ways of working. Alongside this, Stacy coaches executives and founders and mentors product leaders. She is passionate about supporting more women to step into leadership roles and shape transformation at senior levels.
