Brew Circle: Canvas Painting Picnic
We’re excited to celebrate one year of Her Circle in collaboration with Shruti Bhatt from Shvish Studio, who will lead us through a beginner-friendly sunset painting workshop inspired by the beautiful views from Riverdale Park.
Over the past year, we’ve come together through coffee, pottery, flowers, movement, and conversation. This time, we’ll celebrate the best way we know how, through creativity, conversation, and community.
The theme for this gathering is “Expression”exploring how art can communicate perspectives and emotions in ways words sometimes can’t.
We’ll spend the afternoon painting vibrant summer sunsets, enjoying picnic treats and chilled peach iced tea, and connecting with a wonderful group of women.
Here’s what you can expect

If heavy rain or thunderstorms are forecast, we’ll move the event to Sunday, August 23, at the same time. We’ll confirm any changes by 9:00 AM on the day of the event.
About Her Circle
Her Circle is a women-led non-profit community initiative. Our gatherings are organized by volunteers and partners who share our mission of connection, depth, and collective growth. We create small, intentional gatherings where women in tech, corporate and women entrepreneurs can connect over real conversations, meaningful growth and aligned connections.
