Creative Chats: Justin Hall

For decades, Justin has used comics to explore storytelling, identity, and inclusive representation. His work, from award-winning No Straight Lines: Four Decades of Queer Comics to Theater of Terror: Revenge of the Queers, reflects bold creative choices and a deep commitment to visibility.

​Justin will dive into how he builds comics and books from concept to final pages, structures stories and makes creative decisions, and brings his work to life. You'll get a practical look at how an experienced creative balances ideas, deadlines, and personal voice, plus a chance to ask questions and connect with others in the messy, exciting journey of building a creative practice.
