ReThinking Digital Parenting Virtual Nationwide Workshop

The holidays are coming, and for many parents, that means thinking about gifting new devices. To help digital caregivers navigate this transition, the ReThink Citizens Youth Squad is hosting its next virtual nationwide ReThinking Digital Parenting Workshop! Led directly by ReThink Citizens’ Youth Squad members–incredible young online safety leaders–this free 60-minute workshop is designed for parents and digital caregivers and offers a look at:

• How youth are using social media today

• Common digital harms and online challenges (predatory social media design, cyberbullying, sexual exploitation, and more)

• Practical tools for supporting healthy, balanced digital habits proactively

Developed in collaboration with leading digital safety experts, this evidence-based workshop aims to spark meaningful intergenerational dialogue about online wellbeing and ultimately empower families to create safer online spaces for youth.
