Self-Alchemy Circle: A Co-Working Circle for Sensitive Self-Healers
Circle Theme: Self-Alchemy Co-Working Circle
This is a biweekly co-working space where members can tend to their inner world together using self-alchemy workbooks. We open with a mind–body–spirit check-in, set intentions, and pull one theme card for the group. Then we settle into quiet time to work through whichever workbook calls to you—moving steadily through one or flowing between several.
We close with brief reflections on what we explored and what we’re carrying forward. This circle offers soft accountability, community, and support for anyone deepening their boundaries, self-compassion, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness.
Current Workbook Menu:
Set Boundaries, Find Peace; The Mindful Self-Compassion Workbook; The Shadow Work Journal; The Language of Emotions. Members may suggest additions.
Together, We'll Explore:
• gentle accountability through a consistent space for inner work
• deepening emotional self-awareness with mindful check-ins
• strengthening boundaries and self-compassion
• integrating insights into daily life through shared reflections

What is Sanctuary Circle?
Think of this circle as a small, sacred pocket of time where you don’t have to have anything figured out. No fixing, no preparing, no masking—just come as you are and be welcomed.
This space is especially for highly sensitive, neurodivergent deep-hearted, soulful folks who love deeply, feel deeply, and are learning how to honor their nervous systems while still showing up for life.
At its heart, the circle is about cultivating belonging through presence, reflection, and care. We gather to honor both the tender and the joyful parts of our lives, knowing that all of it has a place here. Tears, laughter, silence, and story are equally welcome.
This isn’t a workshop or a class. It’s more like a cozy living room for sensitive, heart-led souls with or without neurodivergence—a place where you can exhale, be yourself, and feel held by community. You’re never expected to speak; listening is its own form of participation. (We do gently encourage cameras on, because seeing each other’s faces helps us feel connected.)
What Do We Do in Circle?
We’ll keep it really simple. We’ll start with a short grounding practice to help us land, introduce the topic for the evening, do a short journaling practice to connect with ourselves around the theme, then open the space for check-ins, sharing, or just listening in.
There’s room for whatever’s on your heart—joys, struggles, questions, or quiet presence. We’ll close with a gentle blessing and an optional card pull from our deck-of-the-month to carry with you into the week.
What to Expect
🌱 You’re welcome to join with your camera on or off. Most people keep cameras on, but it’s never required.
🌱 Speaking is optional—you can share, pass, or type in the chat. Listening quietly is just as welcome.
🌱 The circle is usually small and intimate (about 6–12 people). Everyone is invited to share, but no one is ever put on the spot.
🌱 Tears, laughter, and silence are all part of the circle. All of you is welcome here.
🌱 You’re free to move, fidget, stim, step away, or take notes if that helps you stay grounded.
🌱 We’ll begin right at 6:15pm ET and end at 7:30pm ET, so you know what to expect.

A Few Things to Know (so you feel comfortable joining):
🌱 Cameras: We do encourage cameras on when possible—it helps us feel connected—but it’s not a rule. You’re welcome to turn your camera off walk away, or even leave if you need to. We do appreciate a goodbye in the chat at minimum if you need to leave early.
🌱 Speaking/Sharing: Sharing is always optional. You can talk, listen quietly, or type in the chat if that feels easier. There’s no pressure to perform or say the “right thing.”
🌱 Structure: We begin with a grounding practice, move into open check-ins and conversation, and end with a blessing. Think of it as a gentle rhythm, not a rigid schedule.
🌱 Accessibility: You’re welcome to fidget, stretch, or get up if you need to. Many of us are neurodivergent or highly sensitive, so we hold space for bodies and nervous systems to be how they are.
🌱 Confidentiality: What’s shared in circle stays in circle. This is a space of care and respect. If meeting recordings occur, group consent is gathered before recording starts.
🌱 Prep: No prep needed. If you want, you can bring a journal, something cozy, or a cup of tea—but truly, just bringing yourself is enough.
