It's not the first time technology has shaped our cognition. Calculators and computers have shifted the way we think, and had their skeptics, but were adopted anyway. Their value made it worth it, but most people never got a say.
"Building Your AI Manifesto" is about regaining that control. It's about prioritizing your values. And it's about choosing how you use this technology before it's chosen for us. In this collaborative workshop you'll map exactly where AI sharpens your thinking and where it does the opposite - on your own terms!
Bring your own opinions and perspectives on AI, and be ready to share. You’ll leave with a concrete framework for where AI belongs in your life, and where it doesn't. Led by a software engineer with a cognitive science background building AI Agents at ServiceNow, this session is grounded in behavioral neuroscience, attention research, and real product experience to ensure that the framework you leave with is built on something real.
