​Suggestion / Preparation

• ​Bring a notebook or a pen and paper just in case you feel the calling to write something during the break.

• ​Wear comfy clothes.

• ​Bring an eye mask, a jacket, or a blanket if your body is calling for it.

• ​Try not to have a heavy meal right before, but eat a little something nourishing so you can fully arrive.
