Venture Hub: Cardano Accelerator Program (CAP) Demo DaySpring ‘26 Cohort
About the Event
The Cardano Foundation's Venture Hub is hosting Demo Day for the Spring ‘26 CAP cohort, with a focus on decentralized finance (DeFi) and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization. Five ventures will present their work to an invited audience of investors and ecosystem partners. It's a chance to see what's been building on Cardano, meet the teams behind it, and have in-person conversations.
Attendance is by invitation only and subject to approval.
About the Cardano Accelerator Program
The Cardano Foundation's venture acceleration program is designed to support 5 early-stage projects building on Cardano. Selected ventures go through a structured program that covers technical development and go-to-market strategy, with direct access to the Foundation's expert and partner network.
The Stack Behind the Startups
Here's what brought all five ventures to Cardano:
Proven reliability: Cardano has maintained 100% uptime since its mainnet launch in 2017.
Research-first foundation: Built on peer-reviewed academic research, with a formal development methodology designed for long-term security and correctness.
Institutional-grade security: Uses a provably secure proof-of-stake consensus mechanism (Ouroboros), purpose-built for decentralized financial infrastructure
Regulatory readiness: Increasingly relevant to MiCA and other frameworks, reflected in the compliance focus of this cohort.
Meet the Spring 2026 Cohort
This cohort is focused on DeFi and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, two areas seeing growing institutional interest on Cardano.
Toto Finance (@totofinance): Institutional infrastructure for tokenized commodities, including precious metals and energy, connecting compliant settlement and redemption logic to global trade flows.
Libertum (@libertum_token): A modular tokenization platform for RWAs, enabling compliant issuance, lifecycle management, and liquidity across jurisdictions.
Nobon (@NobonHQ): Digital infrastructure for climate finance, streamlining due diligence, compliance, and settlement for climate-linked assets.
Colossus (@ColossusItaly): An institutional platform for staking and governance across 20+ blockchains, connecting custody, yield generation, and compliance in one place.
The Mint (@themint_assets): Regulated, asset-referenced tokens backed 1:1 by verified physical gemstones, built with MiCA alignment on Cardano.
