A curated afternoon for corporate innovation leaders to exchange real experiences, lessons learned and current challenges with peers from different industries.

13:30–14:00 — Registration and welcome networking
14:00–14:50 — Panel | Corporate Innovation in Practice: what was tested, what worked and what was learned. A practical conversation with corporate innovation leaders sharing real initiatives, key learnings and current challenges. The focus will be on what companies are testing, what has created value, what has been difficult and what other organisations can learn from those experiences.

14:50–15:10 — Coffee and networking break
15:10–16:00 — Facilitated peer roundtables | Current innovation challenges. Small-group discussions designed for participants to exchange experiences, challenges and practical approaches with peers from different industries. Roundtable themes will be curated based on the confirmed participant group and shared ahead of the event. Guests may also be invited to facilitate selected roundtables.

16:00–18:00 — EIA Demo Expo: meet 400+ students across 100+ teams from leading international universities (including UC Berkeley and Carnegie Mellon University in the USA, Instituto Superior Técnico and the University of Coimbra in Portugal, Feng Chia University in Taiwan, and Monash University in Australia) and explore the ventures and prototypes developed during EIA’s three-week programme
18:00–20:00 — Informal, alcohol-free networking reception with EIA mentors, students, faculty and partners.
