We have opened a limited Pre-Series A investment round for accredited investors.
This short-term bridge round will fund $1.5M in critical equipment and materials needed to ensure timely delivery and production ramp-up for domes 2–5 as new orders accelerate. To reward early participation, we’re offering favorable Pre-Series A terms before the valuation increases significantly in early 2026.

Key Recent Milestones
Factory Built Housing Certification Regulatory Breakthrough: We’ve secured all necessary approvals and certifications to begin construction in California, marking our biggest de-risking milestone yet. This allows us to offer pre-approved plans to any city or county in the state and begin delivering Amma domes to eager customers.
Pilot Factory Momentum: Our pilot factory is up and running, with weekly process improvements increasing part throughput. The team has completed all framing and exterior siding components for our first dome delivery.
First Delivery Underway: After years of R&D, our first customer order is being installed now. The finished dome, arriving early next year, will stand as a testament to the future we’re creating at Geoship.
