About The Light In Hades

Correlia of Olympus was “gifted” the destiny of becoming Persephone, Goddess of Nature and Spring. As every Great One is told, she must follow the path appointed to her or the world will be off-balance.

Beneath Mt. Olympus, Theron of Tartarus has been groomed to become Hades, the God of the Underworld. Despised by everyone on Olympus and tormented by his mentor, he has only known a life of abuse and despair.

The two were never meant to cross paths, but when Theron is sent on a mission to Mt. Olympus, he finds the goddess who is meant to be his enemy and his greatest opposition.

One encounter is all it takes for everything to change.

Now, the sheltered Corre finds herself in a position she never could have imagined: falling in love with the God of Death and questioning everything. Even her destiny.

About H.H. Knotty

From the moment author HH Knotty discovered the magic hidden within stories, writing became a lifelong passion. Ironically, her journey into the literary world began with a major challenge—HH struggled with reading as a child, finding books intimidating rather than inviting. Yet those early difficulties only deepened her determination to understand and share the power of words.

By her teenage years, HH was filling notebooks with short stories and wild ideas, laying the foundation for a writing career that would grow alongside her love of learning and reading. HH earned bachelor's degrees in Music and English Education at Bethany College, blending creativity with a passion for teaching, before pursuing a master's degree in Literature at Colorado State University.

Today, HH draws on her varied educational and professional backgrounds and her personal experiences to create stories that celebrate resilience, imagination, and the healing power of language. Her work reflects a belief that every writer’s journey is unique—and that sometimes the most passionate writers begin as reluctant readers.

About Dark Verse

Raven Dexter’s world is dictated by the rhythms of behind-the-scenes stage life—the call of a cue, the rise and fall of spot lights, and the constant buzz of sound systems and instruments. She’s the quiet pulse behind every flawless show, the one who makes sure the performers are paid and the crowd gets their money’s worth. Love has always been a distant melody. Something meant for other people, other lives.

Knox Knight is trying to claw his way back to life after everything went wrong. Still recovering, he steps back onto the stage, unsure if he belongs in the spotlight anymore. Even as they clash, Raven quickly discovers that behind the reckless reputation is a man weighed down by grief, guilt, and the fear that it’s already too late for him.

Forced together under the harsh glare and attention of center stage, something builds between them. Slow at first, like the opening bars of a song, then louder, fuller, dynamic. Impossible to ignore.

But not everyone is rooting for their harmony.

As the music between them crescendos, so does the danger around them. Because some people don’t just listen to the music. They want to control how it ends. For Raven and Knox, the final note might not fade out—it might be cut short.
