We'll start with a short tasting to loosen everyone up, then move into a structured conversation led by the hosts and our guest of honor. You'll get the questions in advance, so come with a position. The point isn't consensus; it's hearing how someone with a very different company reached a very different conclusion. After that, dinner and drinks, and the conversation goes wherever it wants.
