Getting Your Students Published: A Walkthrough for High School Stakeholders
If you lead a school where you are trying to make performance-based learning a transparent and effective way for teachers to develop and assess learning, come see exactly how your students post, publish, and share their work in an environment built around strong instructional practice, student agency, and student voice. All others are welcome to attend and participate.
Nadav Zeimer will walk through how a school begins for free, what teachers actually do (nothing beyond the project work they already assign), how access cards work, and how your strongest student work reaches admissions officers instead of disappearing into a transcript. You will leave with a start-here checklist and a plan you can run before Portrait-of-a-Graduate expectations arrive.
45 minutes plus an optional 15 to stay and talk. Live on Zoom with Nadav "Z" Zeimer, founder of HSCred and former principal of Harlem Renaissance Transfer School in New York City. All are welcome to any or all four sessions in the series.
