​​​Learn how to continuously uncover and prioritize AI opportunities across departments. We’ll study examples from real companies and give you a reusable opportunity-mapping framework.

​​​Week 3: Roll Out AI Successfully – Driving Culture & Adoption with Good Governance

​​​Go beyond pilots. Discover how to roll out AI responsibly—balancing innovation with oversight, and building a culture that embraces change.

​​​Week 4: Capstone – Build Your Company’s AI Plan
