Grafana Hands On Workshop - When Everything Is On Fire!

​Picture this: it's your first day as SRE at a company that just lost the person who owned observability. No dashboards, no runbooks, nothing written down. An hour in, your manager tells you customers are tweeting that checkout is down, and nobody saw it coming.

​That's the scenario you'll work through in this 90-minute session, but the real skill you're building is observability itself. You'll spin up your own Grafana Cloud environment, connect it to a live (simulated) production system, and watch a full map of your services appear from scratch. Then you'll put that visibility to work, using metrics, logs, and traces together to see exactly what's happening and where. By the end, you'll build the alerting and dashboards that turn "customers told us" into "we saw it the moment it started."

​This isn't a slide deck. You're hands-on the entire time, on your own laptop, with a Grafana engineer next to you the whole way. No Grafana experience required; you'll build your account from scratch during the session.

​Please bring your laptop — you'll need it to participate in the hands-on exercises.
