THE GARAGE /VOL. 2 - GO VIRAL OR GO HOME
Vol. 1 brought 30 builders into one room with laptops open, no stage and no pitching for a co-working sprint on a weekend. Some of the best builders showed up from Sarvam, Qualcomm, DocuSign, Nutanix, Bloomreach, CRED, Groww, and many more.
Vol. 2 goes further. Most of that first room could already build just fine. What many were really stuck on was getting their first 1000 users.
So this time the rules are simple. You don’t leave until you’ve shipped - a live link, a launch post, something a stranger can open and actually use. And you walk out with an action plan for your first 1,000 users.
Rinkesh will walk through exactly how he did it with Penfight: 100k matches in four days, a peak of 5,100 concurrent players. All organic, zero spend. Where the first 1000 users come from when nobody knows you exist, what makes people share, and how to build the loop into the product instead of bolting marketing on later.
This time, both of us stay on the floor the entire time for 1:1s. Bring your ideas sitting in you diary, time to ship and launch.

Meet your hosts
Rinkesh Gorasia
2x founder. Built Savior, a hospital operations platform, for four years until Zocdoc acquired it in 2020. Then Career Leap, an edtech company, for three and a half years before shutting it down. Since then he's worked with early-stage founders on product and growth while building his own things, most recently Penfight.xyz - the viral pen fight game you see everyone talking about on X.
Dravisha Katoch
VC by day, tinkerer by night. An early-stage investor (AI) at Antler India, and been building side projects since she was 17. Before this, she led growth and marketing at early-stage startups like leap.club and Basis, where she built campaigns from scratch that crossed 80M+ cumulative views (organic).
Nowadays, she also spends time with early-stage founders on the whole growth stack, including building their own audience on X and LinkedIn, because in consumer AI the founder is usually the first channel. Her favourite part is going deeper into sharpening the problem statement, getting real user research done, brainstorming on positioning that works with your users. Her first gig was at a product design startup, so she'll have opinions on your UI, UX too.
