In this session:
Identify your gender pay gap (adjusted and unadjusted) across your company and by Equal Value Category
Set up Equal Value Categories and run explained vs. unexplained pay gap analysis
Use the EU Pay Transparency tool to check your per-country EUPTD readiness
Generate employee pay information letters for Article 7 requests
Ask Directive-based interpretation questions
