​Growth Division is bringing together a curated group of startup founders from across London for a relaxed, high-value morning of coffee, conversation and meaningful connection. No panels. No pitches. Just honest discussions with people who understand the realities of building a company.

​Whether you're refining product-market fit, scaling your team, navigating fundraising or figuring out your next growth lever, this is a space to share experiences and learn from others at a similar stage. Expect practical conversations, useful introductions and relationships that extend beyond the room.

Piers has worked with founders for over 12 years. He started his career in the Angel Investment world, before leading the NatWest Accelerator across London and the South East. Piers works within Fuel Ventures pre-seed team, sits on their Internal Investment Committee, leads deals from scouting to closing, and supports portfolio companies with fundraising and strategy.
