January Girls Who Learn To Cope
Girls Who Learn To Cope: A Monthly Mental Health Series
In Collaboration with The Healing Hive Therapy Co.
Girls Who Learn To Cope is back! This new series is designed to help you connect, reflect, and learn the tools to actually cope. Each month, we’ll gather for an intimate therapy workshop led by professionals from The Healing Hive Therapy Co., exploring topics that shape our everyday lives, including body image, dating, self-esteem, boundaries, and more.
Expect meaningful discussion, guided techniques, and shared experiences in a safe, supportive, and small-group setting. Together, we’ll learn not just how to survive, but how to cope with compassion, honesty, and community.
This month's topic is self-esteem studio. We’ll dig into identity, self-worth, and body image with compassion and curiosity.
