Berlin Experimentation Meetup #11
December 11 at Delivery Hero
Doors open at 17:00 · Talks start at ~17:30
We’re closing out the year with a special End-of-Year Edition of the Berlin Experimentation Meetup — our 11th gathering of data scientists, product managers, engineers, analysts, and everyone who believes in learning through experimentation. This edition comes with a refreshed format to make the evening more engaging and more connected.
This meetup is about bringing together ideas, experiences, and the people shaping the future of evidence-based product development.
Event Lineup
1) Matthias Vossberg (Delivery Hero) ~ 17:30
Pain, Progress, and the People Who Make It Possible: Delivery Hero’s Experimentation Transformation
Matthias will share a rare, inside look at how Delivery Hero transformed experimentation from an afterthought into a strategic capability. Over the last two years, the team made a step change in velocity and reliability, enabled by a technology-driven SDK strategy and consistent leadership support.
Expect concrete lessons on the trio that drove the transformation — curious engineers, persistent data scientists, caring product leaders — and the character traits needed to scale experimentation without relying on luck.
2) Fireside Session with Iterable & Experimentation Practitioners ~ 18:15
Iterable — the AI-powered communication platform turning users into loyal fans — joins us as our sponsor for this edition. Marketing remains one of the most experimentation-heavy domains, and we’ll host a short, focused discussion with Iterable and local practitioners on how experimentation and optimization play out in modern martech.
3) Networking & Connecting (until ~21:00)
We’ll close the evening with time to meet peers, exchange ideas, and build connections across Berlin’s experimentation community — with Glühwein and snacks to keep the conversations going.
Come for the talks, stay for the conversations — and help us wrap up another strong year for Berlin’s experimentation community.
See you!
