About Event

What happens when rage gets a seat at the table instead of being pushed aside? In this Zoom breathwork class, Kiesha Yokers invites female-identifying people of all racial identities into a space where anger is not treated as something to hide, fix, or make more palatable. Come ready to breathe, feel, and explore what lives underneath the pressure to stay composed and acceptable. This is a chance to meet your rage with curiosity, honesty, and respect, and to experience the power that can emerge when those emotions are fully welcomed.

The space is non-judgmental, grounding, and open-minded, with black and brown marginalized bodies intentionally centered. At Soft Power Somatics, we name this clearly because those bodies are too often treated as an afterthought in wellness spaces, and that will not be the case here. If you are ready to stop repressing what you feel and spend an hour in deeper connection with your body and your truth, you are invited.
