Craft Club: Tin Embossing
Tin embossing has been used for generations to decorate mirrors, frames, ornaments, and everyday objects. This month we're borrowing the tradition for an evening of slow making and good company.
A thin sheet of metal, a few simple tools, and a little bit of pressure are all it takes to create raised patterns, tiny details, and pieces that somehow feel both old and completely your own.
You'll learn the basics of tin embossing as we experiment with texture, pattern, and line. Make an ornament, wall hanging, bookmark, or simply follow your curiosity and see where it takes you. We'll have inspiration to get you started, but there's plenty of room to make something that feels like yours.
No experience needed. We'll guide you through the whole process.
Process over perfection, always.
