Join us for Demos, Demos, Demos! Monday, May 18, from 11:00 - 12:00 CET.

Every first month of the quarter, three changemakers will present their idea, concept, product, or investor pitch in just 5 minutes each. This fast-paced session is designed to provide valuable feedback and insights to entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey.

Demo #1 Empaths

Andrii Skriabin is a co-founder of Empaths, a Platform and a Foundation on a mission to make philanthropy more accessible, transparent, and meaningful — especially for the next generation of givers. With over 13 years of experience in product development and a background in computer science, Andrii has always been drawn to building things that matter. After moving to the Netherlands in 2022 with his family, he decided it was time to use his skills to support something bigger than just another app or feature — and that’s how Empaths started.

Before this, Andrii led product teams, launched SaaS tools from scratch, and helped turn ideas into working platforms across various industries. Now, with Empaths, he’s focused on helping donors and fundraisers connect in smarter, more values-driven ways. It’s not just about tech — it’s about creating space for empathy, collaboration, and long-term impact.

Demo #2 H.AND

H.AND is a Netherlands-based circular fashion platform founded in 2025 that focuses on upcycling and community events to make sustainability easy and fun. H.AND stands for have a nice day, carrying our hope for a better environment tomorrow.

We give pre-loved clothes a prolonged second life through creative redesign and careful repair. We also want to offer a safe place for people to explore authentic, sustainable, stylish and affordable fashion pieces.

Demo #3 Perfect Deku

Perfect Deku is a social development practitioner and emerging social innovator with over a decade of experience in community empowerment, policy support, and multi-stakeholder programme coordination across Ghana and the Netherlands. She is a 2026 Basecamp Europe

Member of We Are Changemakers, where she is developing TRADE360 an ethical, women-led social enterprise focused on empowerment and sustainable trade.

Perfect has previously worked with organisations including Amref Health Africa and the Bosomtwe District Assembly, contributing to programme evaluation, Southern-led development processes, and youth-focused community initiatives. She holds an MA in Development Studies from the ISS in The Hague and is passionate about advancing gender equity, inclusive development, and community-driven innovation.
