​Hello Dubai AI builders 👋🏼

​We're back for our third Builder Lab, and it's our biggest yet! A one-day hackathon sponsored by ElevenLabs (voice), Cognition's Devin (the AI software engineer) and context.dev (live web data for agents). Every builder gets hands-on to build with them on the day.

​The challenge

​Build a voice-first AI agent that knows something real about the world. It has to pull live web data, be built with AI coding agents, and talk back to you:

• ​context.dev → live web data in

• ​Devin → builds the app

• ​ElevenLabs → gives it a voice

​Beyond that, build whatever you want.

​Not sure where to start? Paste in any URL and turn it into a voice assistant you can talk to, a restaurant, a university, a clinic. That's one idea, not the idea. A morning briefing agent you can interrupt, a brand-aware audio generator, an accessibility layer for any site, all fair game. Surprise us.

​You'll form teams of five people on the day so come solo or bring your crew.

​One more thing: we're judging the codebase, not just the demo. As a community, we need to start moving from vibe coding toward agentic engineering, so we'll be looking at codebase health and how well you steer the tools, not just whether the demo works.

​Dubai AI Hub is a builder-first AI community for engineers, founders, and indie hackers shipping real things with AI. Our Builder Labs gather builders across Dubai for a day of hands-on building with frontier tools.
