Jon Beckham, VP Engineering, Gusto Jon is an engineering leader at Gusto focused on reliability, infrastructure, and platforms. For the last 25 years, he's built engineering systems that customers can actually rely on, all while trying to automate himself out of a job. There's still more work to do. Outside of infrastructure, he leads the Engineering Culture Collective, because apparently one job wasn't enough to automate away.
LaSalle Vaughn, Head of Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management, Gusto LaSalle has spent over 20 years making sure fast-growing companies don't outrun their own guardrails, from serving as a Naval Officer to roles at Merrill Lynch, USAA, and Robinhood before landing at Gusto.
