Meet Boccamatta, the Genova-based startup that’s reimagining tradition with a robotic mortar able to recreate the slow, authentic motion of hand-pounded pesto, preserving its color, texture, and soul.
We’ll start with a short pitch & tasting session with the founders. Then we’ll make fresh potato gnocchi together and mix them with Boccamatta’s signature Pesto, made right on the spot.
