​​​Investors who cannot join the in-person edition of the HAX Deep Tech Showcase during NY Deep Tech Week can access founder pitch decks and request founder appointments starting Friday, April 1, 2026 at 6 PM ET.   

​We will send registrants an on-demand link where you can virtually engage with these 20+ deep tech companies – all graduates of HAX, SOSV’s hard-tech program and the world’s most active pre-seed investor for deep tech founders.

These Seed and Series A companies are building critical solutions with commercial traction across energy systems industrial automation, robotics, plasma, critical minerals, and advanced chemistry. 

​To access the virtual edition, you must be:

• ​​An accredited investor as defined by Rule 501(a) of Regulation D under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933; OR

• ​​An individual who is a non-US person participating in accordance with the securities laws and regulations applicable in their respective jurisdiction; OR

• ​​An individual attending on behalf of an entity that is an accredited investor under applicable U.S. securities laws, or securities laws and regulations applicable in their respective jurisdiction; OR

• ​​An individual who has been specifically invited by SOSV for information purposes only.
