​Demo Opportunities

​Do you want to demo how you use Codex or a project you built with Codex? Indicate so in the registration form. Describe the project, or give a link to the demo. We will reach out if you’re selected.

​Community Note

​This event is organized by OpenAI Codex Ambassadors. This is a community-driven initiative supported by OpenAI.

​Just a few quick reminders to help the day run smoothly:

• ​Approval is on an individual basis

  • ​Because space is limited, we'll only be able to admit approved participants.

• ​Arrival timing

  • ​Doors open at 09:15 AM, and we'll begin at 10:00 AM sharp.

  • ​To keep things fair for everyone, check-in closes at 09:50 AM, and we won't be able to admit late arrivals.

• ​In-person event

  • ​This is an in-person-only event.

​If your plans change or you can't arrive by 10 AM, we'd really appreciate you cancelling your spot so someone on the waitlist can join.

​We do keep track of no-shows to help us plan future community events fairly.
