​A hands-on design workshop for researchers, protocol designers, engineers, and economists working on real decentralized systems.

​What This Is

​A structured, collaborative design environment where real protocol challenges are brought into the room and worked on in small, focused groups.

​Participants will:

• ​Engage with concrete mechanism and market design problems

• ​Clarify assumptions and constraints

• ​Identify incentives and strategic interactions

• ​Explore alternative system architectures

• ​Surface trade-offs before they become production risks

​The emphasis is on live design work — reasoning in public, stress-testing ideas, and refining models collaboratively.

​How It Works

​Selected teams present real design challenges they are currently facing.

​Participants then self-organize into breakout groups to work through those problems in depth.

​The session concludes with a comparative discussion across groups, identifying shared patterns and recurring design tensions in onchain systems.
