​2026 theme: Authority, Not Capability: Who Vouches for AI in Finance?

​AI can now write the code, draft the research note and work through the mathematics. This year's workshop asks what evidence, and whose judgment, makes those outputs safe to rely on for real financial decisions.

​The day brings together keynotes from the President of the Bachelier Finance Society (École Polytechnique) and the Head of the Oxford Mathematical and Computational Finance Group, invited talks, three industry panels with portfolio managers, quant heads and data leaders from European banks, asset managers and insurers, a fireside chat, 10 oral papers and poster sessions on AI agents in finance.
