Nizam Razack, MD, JD, FAANS, FACS, is a board-certified neurosurgeon and Founder of Spine & Brain Neurosurgery Center. A former Chairman of Neurological Surgery at Orlando Health and current faculty member at UCF College of Medicine, Dr. Razack combines decades of clinical expertise with a law degree and healthcare policy advocacy, bringing a unique perspective on medicine, innovation, and patient care.

Dr. Tommy Shavers, is the founder of Nestre, a healthcare company focused on improving health outcomes through accessible, personalized support. Through Nestre, he is building solutions aimed at making care more connected, proactive, and patient-centered.
Nisso Larden, is the founder of ENDING TREMOR PROJECT, creator of TremorZen, an AI-powered platform helping people living with essential tremor better understand and manage their symptoms. Inspired by his own diagnosis and backed by more than 25 years of entrepreneurial experience, he is building data-driven tools to improve the lives of millions affected by tremor disorders.
Jorge Pastrana, is the founder of KOEIA BASE, a commercialization firm for industrial, MedTech, and aerospace hardware launches. He brings 15 years of operator experience across REV Group, John Deere, Siemens Energy, 3M, and Solventum Dental, where he launched three products in three years.
Nittin Icchpunanii, is the CEO of OmniCoreHub, leading the development of AI-powered solutions that help organizations transform data into real-time intelligence and action. With extensive experience in digital transformation and technology leadership, he is focused on advancing smarter, more connected environments across industries.
