About Event

Accessibility is a team effort! In this talk, Anja and Silvio want to share how Designers and Engineers can work together to make digital experiences more inclusive, especially for screen reader users.

From the design side, we will explore where to start, how to define and document expected behaviours, and how accessibility can be embedded in design systems, handovers, and team culture.

From the engineering side, we will focus on how to make accessibility part of daily workflows, from automated checks and design system improvements to screen reader testing and dashboards. But also how to get management buy-in.
