WAHM Q3 Healthtech Ecosystem Roundtable
Healthtech is hard enough, the ecosystem around it should make it easier.
Western Advocates for Health and Medtechs (WAHM) exist to amplify the collective voices of founders and ensure the complexity of navigating the healthtech landscape as and SME is communicated to the institutions you rely on for R&D support, traction and growth.
WAHM's roundtables bring health and medtech founders together so we can collectively solve problems, share intelligence and expand our networks.
They’re closed, founder-led spaces for frank conversations about the realities of building and scaling healthtech — funding, regulation, NHS procurement, clinical validation, commercialisation and everything in between.
What we hear in the room shapes what WAHM does outside it. Founder insight has helped us build a community of around 60 health and medtech leaders, strengthen connections across the ecosystem and, most recently, feed directly into Bristol NHS Group’s developing innovation strategy — including recommendations for better procurement and clearer routes into the NHS.
Conversation starters for Q3:
What’s changing in funding and regulation?
NHS or elsewhere — where should you commercialise?
What’s getting in the way of growth?
What can other founders in the room help you solve?
And what should WAHM be pushing to change next?
NB: Strictly founders and C-suite leaders from health and medtech.
Join us for the WAHM Healthtech Ecosystem Social, 17:00–20:00 at VVWV, Narrow Quay — where we bring founders and the wider ecosystem together.
